Cufflinks please!

We have no more room for furniture in our home and no room for more fine china. So what do you do when you go antiquing?  Buy something small.  I have always loved cufflinks so my antiquing is now turned into “cufflinking” (if there is such a word).  Finding cufflinks at antique stores and at a bargain is the new thrill. The only problem; can’t get that same thrill buying French cuff shirts at Brooks Brothers.

Some of the recent finds (please excuse my photography):

  3. Hello:
What a splendid verb 'to cufflink' and one which, with your permission, we shall probably coin for our own use. Your collection, for such it must surely be, is absolutely splendid adding, we are certain, interest and style to even the plainest of double cuff shirts. And so much easier to accommodate than, for example, break front bookcases or grand pianos!

  4. Jane and Lance of course that is the beauty of "cufflinking" :) that you do not need much room and of course they do enhance any french cuff shirt.
You have my permission and my blessings to use "cufflinking" :)

  5. Those little red cabochons are wonderful. I have a collar bar which would go perfectly, with little cabochon garnets. Your photography is great!
