Ralph Lauren Alpine and RLH

Nothing exciting has happened in this part of the world, except for the summer heat that we endured for three weeks. Desert like weather with record breaking temperatures reaching 113 f (45 c).
After rains it is pleasant and normal life is returning.

I was browsing the new home collections by Ralph Lauren and find these two: Alpine and RLH worth sharing.

    great style- here its been kind of normal finnish summer this time, and after 3 very hot summer this was refreshing. :)

    45°C? OMG! We had top temperatures of 37°C and we all went halfway crazy. But 45°C...
    The guys from the pizzeria close to my office are from Calabria. Temps at 8 a.m. are at 47°C. 2 p.m. they have 52°C. Unbelievable...

    Home interior: If one has the dough, one could live like that. But I do not like that kind of unfinished surfaces. I'd go for Chesterfield sofas :-)

    These unfinished kind of furniture looks good in log cabins and country homes, I would not use it in urban setting either. Chesterfield :) there is nothing classier than that.

    Hi there - My first time visit! I just discovered you blog. I really like these pieces from RL. The painted chests / commodes look very much like European painted antiques from France and Belgium. My only concern would be the proportions. I just hope they are not huge like the Restoration Hardware pieces.

    Welcome! thanks for discovering paisleycurtain :) I am glad you did, you too have a wonderful blog.

    I know what you mean, you are correct restoration hardware furniture is on a very large scale, you really have to own a villa to use it. RL furniture is mixed on scale, I have some RL furniture that is very modest in size and then like my bed room furniture, it is pretty big.

    This kind jewelry of has so much potentiality that it glorifies the look of a woman. This is comfy to wear. Starting from a party to a normal family function this is perfect to wear. The woman looks more beautiful by wearing the jewelry of this. Until and unless you will not wear crystal bracelet this, you will not understand its efficiency.
